At The Tube Packaging, we are committed to providing packaging solutions that meet the expectations of our customers. If you experience an issue with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind.


Covered Regions

This return policy applies to orders placed and shipped to the following countries:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Canada


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not support in-person or drop-off returns.

  • A return label is included in your package.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the same conditions as returns. A replacement will be shipped after the original product has been received and inspected.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • All refunds are processed in USD, and your payment provider may convert it into your local currency if necessary.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-printed packaging unless defective

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned after the 10-day return window
