Any errors in approved artwork are not eligible for refund

Production begins only after written or digital approval is received.

6. Order Processing and Production Timeline

Typical processing time is 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed. Production timelines may vary based on order complexity, volume, or unforeseen operational issues.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We provide free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services. While we strive for accurate estimates, delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays once products leave our facility.

8. Returns and Refunds
